Revenge of the Baroque Crest

By Destroyx | June 30, 2010

Just thought I’d share an image with you all of an upcoming photoshoot I’ll be sharing with you this week. Sorry things have been quieter than planned here, as I’m currently finishing up 2 new jewellery ranges and a a Miss X makeup launch that’ll be coming up in the next week or so.

The photograph was taken by the inimitable Amanda from Redrum collaboration.

If you like the necklace featured in the photograph, it’s available from Etsy or Blackpillredpill.com

Looks great it really does, id love to do a shoot similar to this on a location like the zombie playground, it would be sick with leather, glitter, lashes, black & white, lace, latex and huge high heels!!!

the baroque crest is definitely my favourite of your pieces! i wear mine so often i broke a piece off of it (then the same piece broke on the other side. hooray for symmetry!)

    i love it to death.

i’m totally digging the lace and black lipstick in this shot, along with your hair. it’s awesome!

The overall design has a lot of contrast, very modern, but it maintains a very classic feel through the black lace.

Inspirational :) I’m so excited to see more!

You look gorgeous as always in the photo. What lipstick are you using? Cause I recently bought a black lipstick and it looks grey on me. Ordered a crest necklace on monday and I was all happy thinking it’ll arrive this week (I live in Texas)… but I had forgotten bpillrpill ships on fridays. DOH. Maybe I should’ve waited a little for your new ones so I can order it altogether. Oh wellz. Btw, thanks for answering my questions. The crest necklace looked real cool but wasn’t sure if it was too big to wear…^^

    Hi DestroyX,

I’m a big fan of Angelspit and this blog. I apologise for my bad english, as my first language is portuguese, but i’ll try to be clear.

I came across a subject that intrigues me in particular, that is vanity by itself. I had a fight with a friend of mine last night… he said that it doesn’t make sense for someone to have an addiction like make-up, or skin care routine… i mean, “vain” stuff, per say. He just can’t get it, and thinks it’s stupid, and I find that very offensive. I tried to tell him that if the person feels fine about it, it’s ok. But he kept on telling me that it’s a vice, and addiction, and that it’s stupid. I mean like… he smokes and I think it’s stupid, and it’s a bad addiction… does he even care about that?

I’m sorry, i’m in a terrible mood, and I wanted to know your opinion on this subject, because you obviously couldn’t live without fashion & make-up… and so couldn’t I.

Thanks & I’m waiting for your reply,
    Pedro

ps: if you could take your time to reply to my email or such, i’d be really appreciated: pedro.goncalves8@hotmail.com
