Wearing the Baroque Crest Necklace
With great trepidation I am proud to announce the launching of my debut range for the jewellery division of Miss X Aesthetic Laboratories. Drawing inspiration from my obsession with medical imagery with an injection of pop culture, the collection forms a bridge between my practice as a graphic and fashion designer.
Each piece has been laser cut from high quality perspex (at my university in Australia!) and has been hand assembled with the finest quality chain and findings.
The line is currently available on Black Pill Red Pill and Etsy.com and will hopefully be coming to a few physical stores in the coming months. I am also currently working on a standalone Miss X brand website, but it won’t be ready for a few weeks.

I love those Iron Fist werewolf heels you have on. You designed such cool necklaces. The bleeding heart and the ribcage ones are my favorite ^-^

So much to lust after! I think it’s awesome that you’re diversifying like this - all your projects are so interesting and really well thought out and put together. The jewellery is no different - original and beautiful.
No chance of you getting/keeping an Australian office or base, is there? The prices are all really reasonable, but shipping stings.

Yeah the shipping does suck a bit doesn’t it? It works out if you buy 2 necklaces, because it’s only $2 more, but it’s not good if you are only buying one. Hmm.. I will think on it. I am trying to get the line into a few shops in Australia, and I will look into selling it on our other website surgeon-x.com too, depending on the price of shipping the pieces over. I wouldn’t want it to alter the price too much. Thanks for your input though!

Unfortunately, my ears are allergic to damn near everything. Is there any chance I could commission a set of earrings on white gold posts or hooks to match the bracelets / necklaces I decide to purchase?

I love these :) I just placed an order for the silver and black scalpel designs. I couldn’t choose which I liked best so I bought both. Now I just have to wait for my bank to process it. Then yay!
I agree with Tess, I absolutely LOVE the bleeding crosses earings, but I’m allergic to anything other then gold and white gold. I would definitely pay more so I could wear them. They’d suit my year 12 ball dress very well actually.

I love how strongly YOU these pieces are. There are many artists working with this material now, and I find a lot of times they all seem the same, but you’ve created beautiful and incredibly detailed pieces that really set them apart. And the crest! God, swoon. I swoon over that crest.

Just wanted to say too - you should totally be getting these into the fashion magazines, hon! Start submitting them. Or get a fashion PR person to promote the line for you and do all that stuff. I can really see these going off, not only in the goffik world, but mainstream.

D: Unfortunately Paypal hates Malaysian banks so there’s still no way of paying from the net. :/ The only way to pay is straight from my bank into yours.
